Yantras are consecrated individually for the seeker who orders them, which shapes what can and cannot be returned.

Each Meru is cast, installed with its mantras and consecrated for the person who ordered it, so a consecrated yantra cannot be resold and is not returnable once despatched.
An order may be cancelled at any point before consecration begins; the Peetam office will tell you when that is.
Anything that arrives damaged in transit is replaced. Photograph it before unwrapping fully and contact the office within seven days.
Despatch within India takes 10–14 days. International despatch is quoted separately over WhatsApp.
Event offerings are transferable to a later observance if you cannot attend; tell the office before the date.
