Kanya Pooja — October 2026 is a sacred Kanya Aaradhana observed during Sharada Navaratri 2026 at Shambavi Peetam. Kanyas between three and nine years of age are received with reverence as living expressions of Bala Shakti and the auspicious presence of Devi. Through paada pooja, archana, offerings and blessings conducted according to the confirmed ritual procedure, the aaradhana honours the Divine Mother in her pure, radiant and nurturing form. Within Shakti upasana, Kanya Pooja is more than a ceremonial observance. It is an invitation to recognise Devi tattva in living beings and to carry that reverence into family life, education, protection, opportunity and compassionate care. During Sharada Navaratri, when Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati are worshipped as strength, abundance and wisdom, Kanya Aaradhana brings these qualities into a direct and heartfelt act of seva. The Kanya Pooja is performed and guided by Guru Sri Aascharyanandha, Peetathipathi of Shambavi Peetam, within the Peetam’s living Sri Vidya guru-sishya parampara. His guidance keeps the aaradhana rooted in Shakti bhava, respectful conduct and the understanding that worship of Bala Shakti must continue as care, encouragement and responsibility beyond the ritual.
